Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from warehouses in the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and most US orders arrive 3–7 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship to US addresses only.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send instructions. See our Refund policy for details.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
My order may ship in more than one package. Why?
Different products can ship from different US warehouses, so they may arrive on different days.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify with encrypted checkout, and you can pay with Shop Pay, Apple Pay or major cards. We never see your full card details.
