Not happy with your order? You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Items that are unused, in their original condition and packaging
- With proof of purchase (your order number)
- Gift cards and items marked final sale can't be returned
How to start a return
- Email support@shopproclean.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or wrong item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
